The reasoning should be as clear as the recommendation.

Start with a specific decision
Every guide begins with a reader and a job. We distinguish a consultant choosing a CRM from a sales team redesigning its process, and a client appointment from an employee shift. A broad feature list does not resolve those differences.
Separate evidence from interpretation
Vendor documentation establishes what a product advertises. Our fit assessments interpret those capabilities in a business scenario. Neither is a substitute for observing the software in use.
The current guides are source-based research. They are labeled accordingly and do not claim hands-on testing. A future tested review must identify the test date, product edition, scenario, access limitations, and observed results. We will not apply a test label merely because a vendor provides a demo or a marketing description.
Use a repeatable comparison
We look at the workflow, the intended user’s needs, plan restrictions, connected tools, migration effort, and ongoing ownership. We ask both when a product is worth considering and when it may be a poor fit.
Rather than inventing star scores, launch guides provide tables and trial checklists. Readers can reproduce the scenario with their own requirements. We distinguish illustrative examples from measured results.
Handle prices carefully
Exact pricing depends on the current plan, billing term, region, seats, contacts, usage, taxes, and add-ons. When a guide does not verify those variables, it links to the vendor’s current information instead of presenting a purported quote.
Price-specific articles must record currency, billing interval, scope, restrictions, source, and verification date. Promotional prices must include their relevant limitations.
Keep sources and dates visible
Each guide contains primary source links and a source-check date. Publication and substantive update dates are stored separately. We do not automatically refresh the editorial date just because the site is rebuilt.
Our maintenance checklist flags guides for review after 90 days and when a material vendor change is identified. A flagged date prompts editorial review; it does not imply that an automated process has checked the vendor again.
