EDITORIAL POLICY

Clear sources. Honest limits. Useful decisions.

Last updated September 10, 2026

What we publish

We publish original decision guides for small-business software. A useful article answers a distinct question, explains relevant limitations, and gives readers a practical next step. We do not publish a separate page for every near-identical keyword variation.

Sourcing and attribution

Product capability descriptions should link to current primary sources. Third-party research can inform topic selection, but estimates of traffic, search volume, or advertising cost are not presented as our own measured results.

We do not copy a competitor’s review, borrow its test results as our own, or convert vendor advertising claims into independent findings. Editorial interpretations are identified through the context and methodology of the guide.

AI assistance

AI tools assisted with the initial site, research organization, and launch drafts. The launch collection is identified as documentation-based guidance. AI assistance is not evidence of product experience, an expert credential, or a verification step by itself.

Future revisions must preserve source attribution, distinguish observed results from suggestions, and check changing claims against current evidence. We do not fabricate authors, quotations, screenshots, customer testimonials, or review ratings.

Corrections and material changes

When a material error is identified, the affected claim should be corrected and the substantive update date changed. A correction note should explain changes that alter the recommendation or meaning. Minor spelling and formatting fixes do not require a new editorial date.

A dedicated public contact inbox is not yet active. We do not list an unmonitored address. This policy will be updated when a working publication contact channel is available.

Independence and commercial relationships

Commercial links and paid placements must be clearly identified where they appear. Payment must not be presented as proof of product quality. The current launch collection has no paid rankings or affiliate links. Our disclosure describes the present funding status.

Dates and maintenance

Sources have explicit check dates. Guides are flagged for review after 90 days, and earlier when a material change is known. An older page is not silently relabeled as newly tested. Readers should verify the intended plan and terms directly before purchasing.
